Jarah Jacquay
Jarah Jacquay is a native of Northwest Florida and a passionate promoter of equitable, human-centric, fiscally-responsible, environmentally-resilient, and context-sensitive development patterns and building practices.
He enjoys working with investors, builders, and architects on mixed-use, missing middle multi-family, and other urban infill projects that increase housing supply and choice. A proponent of the "doing well by doing good" philosophy of business, he has special interest in the federal opportunity zone program, creative financing, crowdfunding, and tax optimizing investment strategies.
He is a happily married father of five, an active member and volunteer at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart and Sacred Heart Cathedral School, a board member of Bike Pensacola, and a past member of the CivicCon Steering Committee and the City of Pensacola’s Redistricting Commission and Parks and Recreation Board.
He earned his BSN from the University of Florida in 2009 and his MSN from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016 and will gladly talk for hours about urban design, biking, hiking, sailing, theology, great books, Gator athletics, and the impact of the built-environment on health and well-being.
